How does our EU residency program work?

In a nutshell, our exclusive EU immigration via Slovak residency program is based on a business or trade license route. As soon as you establish a legitimate business registered in Slovakia which we will help you do, you will be entitled to obtain Slovak residency followed by permanent residency with the path to obtaining a full EU passport down the road.

How much does it cost and how long will it take?

Who qualifies for Slovak residency program?

Requirement to applicants are very straight forward:

  • You should be able to provide clean criminal record in China and any country where the applicant has resided for the last 3 years for more than 90 days during 6 consecutive months
  • You should be able to prove maintaining personal bank account of minimum 2,523 EUR for each month for the last 3 months
  • If applying for trade license (not company), you will have to provide another bank statement with past 3 months’ transactions with minimum monthly balance of 4,600 EUR for each month

These are some other document that the applicant and his immediate family members will be expected to provide:

  1. Copy of passport & national ID (if you have 2 passports, please inform us)
  2. Copy of valid visa (if you have any)
  3. Copy of residence permit in another country (if you have any)
  4. Two color photographs (3 × 3.5 cm)

  • According to Slovak law, it is possible to get residence permit in order to conduct business in Slovakia with either locally registered LLC (Limited Liability Company) or by establishing a trading license.
  • We help our clients to legally establish the business without having them to come to Slovakia until the last stage of the residence application process. Everything is handled by us here and all we need from our clients are copies of their documents such as passports, IDs, criminal clearance from the police and bank account statements that show that you are in possession of the minimum funds required to setup a business.
  • Some documents must be legalized in the local Slovak Mission, so we will help you to set an appointment and guide you through the process.
  • At the final stage of approval, you will have to travel to Slovakia with the visa that you will be able to pick up at China’s Slovak Mission. Once here, we will guide you through the final process of the application which involves submitting biometric data in the local police office, undergoing medical check and finalizing the business license. We will be accompanying you at every step of the way guiding you through the process.
  • Once all is completed you will receive your residency card within a few days while still in Slovakia or we can have it sent to you in China.
  • Once your application has been completed successfully, your family members will be able to receive the same residency permit on a family reunion basis (see the pricing for the additional family members).

About Slovakia

  • Slovakia (officially the Slovak Republic) is EU member state that is located in Central Europe. It is bordered by Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, Austria and the Czech Republic. Slovakia’s territory spans about 49,000 square kilometers and is mostly mountainous. The population is over 5.6 million and consists mostly of ethnic Slovaks. It has several universities, and many museums, theatres, galleries and other cultural and educational institutions. Many of Slovakia’s large businesses and financial institutions have headquarters there.
  • In 2017, Bratislava was ranked as the third richest region of the European Union by GDP (PPP) per capita (after Hamburg and Luxembourg City). GDP at purchasing power parity is about three times higher than in other Slovak regions. Bratislava receives around 1 million tourists every year.
